Belle was the first Fjord to be born on our farm. She picked our 9th anniversary,
hence her name. She is a very energetic horse,very much like her mother Brikka.
Belle was started in saddle in 2001,with only light work outs because of what
I class as a young age for a Fjord in saddle,(plus the over 200 lb of ballast that
was in the saddle). She is a very showy horse with a taller and leaner frame than
Brikka. Spring of 2003 will bring very anticipated rides through the valley, Belle
is very good on her feet,and if she's anything like her mother she'll be amazing
on the most challenging trails. |
